The Pocket First Aid & CPR app is essential to have on the front page of your device. You might need it only once, but that one time could save a life.

It catalogs quick, easy-to-understand information, so you can respond to and treat a medical emergency before help arrives. Some of the emergencies include choking, seizures and possible spinal cord injuries.

There are 36 videos and 46 illustrations throughout the app. The videos add clarity and authority; it was helpful to see the CPR video with visual information on chest compressions and which kinds would be too much or too little to help.

Have your family's blood types handy before you program your medical files. We didn't know our daughter's, and there was no option to add it later. So it is incorrect until we can fix it, but you can add a note to a profile.
