Tweeting from space

Astronauts on the International Space Station have begun tweeting live from Space. Among the first tweets are some stunning images of the earth, including Japan's Mount Fuji pictured above, as well as Port Au Prince, Haiti, after the earthquake, brilliant city lights over Tokyo, and the Maldives Islands in the Indian Ocean.
It looks like this astronaut will keep posting up some more pics on a regular basis, so keep up with Flight Engineer Soichi Noguchi twitpic account and look out for your next desktop wallpaper.
