The UFC teamed up with THQ to develop a fitness-based video game that delivers a challenging MMA experience.
Users will learn over 70 MMA exercises, including moves from wrestling, kickboxing and Muay Thai, that are designed to improve strength, endurance and conditioning through use in a variety of routines. There are several routines specialized to target specific muscle groups, as well as factor in individual skill levels and fitness goals.
UFC Personal Trainer will be available for the PS3 and will be compatible with the Move, the Xbox 360 with Kinect and the Nintendo’s Wii. It’s out in stores now.
