Principals behind the Paramount, a 1,573-seat concert venue in Huntington village, said they plan to expand with a second location in Baltimore.

The Paramount, which opened in 2011 at the site of the former Inter-Media Arts Center, will be partnering with Maryland-based developer Caves Valley Partners to select and develop a Baltimore location. Principals of the Paramount include Brian Doyle, Dominic Catoggio, Stephen Ubertini and Jim Condron.

Located at 370 New York Ave., the 25,000-square-foot music and live entertainment venue brought in more than 130,000 visitors in 2014, according to the music hall, and ranked No. 11 in worldwide attendance under Pollstar Magazine’s club venue category as of the third quarter of 2015.

The new venue, to be located near Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium and Camden Yards, will be larger than the Huntington location, said Adam Craig Ellis, director of marketing for the Paramount.

Upcoming events at the Huntington location include performances by Tracy Morgan on March 12; Meat Loaf on March 15 and 17; and Belinda Carlisle of The Go-Go’s on April 12.
