Three appointments at Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced new appointments.
Patricia Zamparelli, left, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Syosset-Plainview regional office as a sales agent. The Huntington resident was most recently the owner and manager of P&F Bakers in Hicksville.
Steven Chinich, right, has joined the Northport office as a sales agent. He was most recently a sales representative at Bellissima by Moschitto Designs, a women's accessories company in Jamaica, Queens. He lives in East Northport.
Judith Tessitore, also of East Northport, has also joined the Northport office as a sales agent and was most recently a crew leader with the 2010 Census in Ronkonkoma.
