The Scarsdale resident is a partner at the Uniondale law firm of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek.
 
Jeffrey S. Schwartz of Plainview, right, has been elected to the board of directors at the Mid-Island Y Jewish Community Center in Plainview. He has his own law firm with offices in Mineola and San Diego.
