Three workshops for development aid

The Long Island Regional Economic Council, appointed by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, will hold three workshops for business people and developers interested in applying for up to $750 million in state aid this year.
The sessions will center on how to fill out the state’s Consolidated Funding Application, which is due July 16.
The workshops will be:
May 22, from 2 to 4:30 p.m., at Adelphi University’s Ruth S. Harley University Center multipurpose room in Garden City;
June 5, from 2 to 4:30 p.m., at Farmingdale State University’s Gleeson Hall in Farmingdale, and
June 20, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at Stony Brook University’s Center for Global Studies & Human Development in Stony Brook.
