Two new roles in world of finance

Michael Narciso, left, has been named associate group director at Signature Bank and will work from a midtown Manhattan office. He was a branch manager at several North Fork Bank-Capital One Manhattan locations in Manhattan and is a Hicksville resident.

Thomas Fell, right, has been promoted to audit supervisor at Fuoco Group in Hauppauge. The Huntington Station resident started at the accounting firm in 2006 and was recently promoted from senior associate in the accounting and auditing department.
