Verint employee monitoring software wins award

Verint Systems Inc., of Melville, says its workplace tracking software was chosen for a top award from a trade magazine.

Verint was named CRM magazine's "Service Winner" (which Verint says is the publication's highest honor) in the category of Workforce Optimization Suite.

This is the fourth year in a row the company has gotten the award. The magazine's editors said "there is no doubt among analysts that Verint Witness Actionable Solutions is the clear leader" in workforce monitoring.
