Net income: Profit of $17.1 million, compared with a loss of $78.6 million the previous year.
Net revenue: $703.6 million, compared with $669.5 million in the previous year.
Outlook: "We are a leader in the actionable intelligence market and have built a broad portfolio of enterprise workforce optimization and security intelligence solutions, which we believe positions us well for continued success," president and chief executive Dan Bodner said.
Company statement: This annual report filing "represents a significant milestone for Verint as we are now up to date with our annual 10-K filings. We look forward to completing our remaining quarterly filings for the last fiscal year and expect our common stock to be re-listed on Nasdaq thereafter," Bodner said.
STOCK: Shares closed Wednesday at $26.40, down 10 cents.
