Mobile carrier Verizon Wireless is hoping to fill 20 new positions in its retail customer support and retail sales support teams on Long Island.

The Basking Ridge, N.J.-based company is looking to fill about 135 positions in the New York metro area in anticipation of expanding its 4G LTE coverage.
