Restaurant workers in New York State who want to know more about their labor-law rights have a new resource online. A Manhattan law firm that has represented workers in New York City and on Long Island launched website this week that focuses on a variety of topics, including tip pooling, uniforms and hours worked.
“I wanted to provide a comprehensive website that provides information about restaurant-worker rights and restaurant owner responsibilities,” said Louis Pechman of Berke-Weiss & Pechman.
