Ways that small businesses can make their websites easier for the disabled to use is the subject of a one-hour webinar on Tuesday.
The free event starts at 10 a.m. and has been organized by the Long Island Association and the Service Corps of Retired Executive, or SCORE. The instructor is Petia Abdur-Razzaaq, a digital marketing strategist and trainer for the Grow with Google program.
The event, which marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month, is an outgrowth of a partnership between the LIA and Google to assist small businesses in Nassau and Suffolk counties, said LIA vice president Stacey Sikes.
