Western Refining names CEO
(AP) — Western Refining Inc. on Thursday said it has appointed Jeff Stevens, the company's president and chief operating officer, as its CEO.
He succeeds Paul Foster, 52, who will serve as an executive chairman and lead its board of directors.
Stevens, 46, is one of the refining company's original founders.
