Harold Lutz has joined Gibbons, Esposito & Boyce in Uniondale as director of transportation. He was previously director of transportation at VHB Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture in Hauppauge and lives in North Babylon.
LAW
Jesse Hiney has joined Nixon Peabody as counsel in its energy and environment practice. The Shoreham resident was an associate at the law office of Paul Hastings in Manhattan before joining the Jericho law firm.
NONPROFIT
A. Brian Leander has been named assistant director at the Long Island Center for Nonprofit Leadership located at Adelphi University in Garden City. He was senior planning consultant at the Institute for Organizational Leadership in Jasper, Ga. Leander lives in Manhattan.
TECHNOLOGY
Jennifer Rimmer has joined AECOM in Manhattan as director of strategic initiatives for its U.S. Northeast region. Previously, the Port Washington resident was a provider of professional technical and management support services, and was a director of economic development for Nassau County.
