The group was formed to update and create policy measures to protect personal health information while expanding the state's ability to share electronic health records.  Lisa Malcomson, of <a href="/topics/East_Setauket%2C_NY">East Setauket</a>, has been named director of rehabilitation services at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in <a href="/topics/Port_Jefferson%2C_NY">Port Jefferson</a>. She will oversee 30 physical, occupational, speech and lymphedema treatment therapists. Before joining Mather, Malcomson worked at Burke Rehabilitation Center in White Plains, most recently as program director for the orthopedic/amputee program.
