BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS 
 The Huntington Arts Council has named three new members to the board of directors. 
 Jason Eidinoff, of Huntington, is president of Financial Strategic Solutions in Huntington. 
 Arlene Haims, of East Norwich, is sole proprietor of Haims Insurance Group, a full-service insurance and financial firm based in Uniondale. 
 Samuel Miller, of Huntington, is senior analyst for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and regional coordinator of Region II (New York/New Jersey) for the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness in Manhattan. 
 BANKING 
 Willa Smith has been appointed senior vice president, small business division sales manager, for the Manhattan/New Jersey division of Citibank and will work in the Manhattan office. The Port Jefferson resident was vice president, regional credit officer, for the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area in the Smithtown office.
