 Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Sondra K. Pardes has been elected dean of the Nassau Academy of Law, the education arm of the Nassau County Bar Association, in Mineola. The Herricks resident was elected to the New York State Supreme Court in November and has been assigned to the Nassau Supreme Court Matrimonial Center since January. 
 FINANCE 
 Nicholas E. Racanelli has joined Mortgage Advantage in Huntington as vice president of business development. The Sayville resident was regional vice president of South Fork Funding in Hauppauge. 
 NONPROFIT 
 Regina Mascia has been installed president of West Hempstead Rotary Club and its foundation. The West Hempstead resident is the executive director of the West Hempstead Library. 
 REAL ESTATE 
 Kathleen Walsh has joined Charles Rutenberg Realty in Oceanside as a licensed real estate sales agent. The Long Beach resident held a similar position at Coldwell Banker Beach West Realty in Long Beach.
