 David Kennedy has joined The Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce as executive director. The Patchogue resident is a former village trustee, chamber executive board member and director, and was a sales manager at Top Catch Seafood in Brooklyn and customer service specialist for RJM Acquisitions in Syosset. 
 FINANCE 
 Corey Stein has been promoted to financial adviser, first vice president, senior investment management consultant and portfolio manager director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Jericho. The Roslyn Heights resident previously served as financial adviser, vice president. 
 HEALTH CARE 
 Dr. Arnold Sherman is the developer and director of the Sports Vision Center, a newly created department at SUNY College of Optometry in Manhattan. The Huntington resident also is an optometrist in private practice in Merrick. 
 Dr. Paul Cohen has joined Catholic Health Services of Long Island at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in its Siena Proactive Internal Medicine office in Smithtown. The Kings Park resident was a primary care physician in Smithtown.
