BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS 
 The Health and Welfare Council of Long Island has announced two new members to its board of directors. 
 David Kilmnick, of Centereach, is chief executive of Long Island Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Services Network, an association of nonprofit organizations that operates community centers in Bay Shore, Garden City and the newly opened center in Sag Harbor. 
 Diana O'Neill, of Garden City, is the executive director of the Long Island Volunteer Center in Hempstead. 
 FINANCE 
 Michael A. Cuneo joins Compass Financial Group in Plainview as a vice president and certified financial planner. The East Northport resident was regional vice president in risk management consulting at RiverSource in Manhattan and Long Island. 
 Michael Rose has joined Affinity Federal Credit Union in Basking Ridge, N.J., as vice president of information technology. The Plainview resident was chief information officer at Vertex Merchant Solutions in Lake Success.
