 ENGINEERING 
 Frank P. Castellano has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer at P.W. Grosser Consulting, an environmental consulting and engineering firm in <a href="/topics//Bohemia,_NY">Bohemia</a>. The <a href="/topics//East_Setauket,_NY">East Setauket</a> resident was previously vice president and chief operating officer and has been with the firm since 1992.

 Thomas G. Huszar has joined Moritt Hock &amp; Hamroff as partner in its Corporate, Securities &amp; Financial Services Practice Group in the Manhattan office.
