Henry Schein, a provider of health care products and services to practitioners, announced recent promotions. All positions will be based at Henry Schein's Melville headquarters. Kathy Grimes was promoted from director to vice president of human resources for North America. She lives in Rockville Centre. Maureen Knott was promoted to vice president, product advertising, Henry Schein Dental. The Massapequa resident was director of product advertising for the company's dental business. George Endler was promoted to vice president of marketing services from director, marketing analytics. He is a St. James resident.

Veronique A. Urban has joined Farrell Fritz in Uniondale as a bankruptcy and creditors' rights and health care associate. The Garden City resident was previously an associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in Manhattan.
