Signature Financial in Melville welcomes two new employees.
Joseph D. Farinella has joined as executive sales officer. The Huntington resident was a vice president serving eastern New York and Connecticut at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance in Huntington.
Rick Scheffel also joins as an executive sales officer. The Melville resident was New York regional manager at TD Equipment Financial in Melville.

Dennis Kramer has been promoted to director of safety and security at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson, overseeing all aspects of safety and security at the hospital including emergency management. The Rocky Point resident had been assistant director of safety and security.
