Felipe Sabino has joined the Garden City-based accounting firm Armao, Costa & Ricciardi and will be responsible for audit and financial reporting for clients who include labor unions, privately owned businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He previously held the position of senior auditor at Wagner and Zwerman in Hauppauge and lives in Brentwood.
FINANCE
Rick Casmass has been promoted to vice president of sales at Valiant Workforce Management Solutions in Woodbury, a provider of payroll and consulting services and software. Before this promotion, the Bay Shore resident was vice president of sales for PCS, the restaurant payroll division of Valiant.

Michael D. Brown has been named co-chair of the corporate committee at the Nassau County Museum of Art in Roslyn Harbor. He will co-chair this responsibility with Robert O. Mayer. Brown is a founding partner of the Garden City-based law firm of Ohrenstein & Brown and lives in North Hills.
