Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI), a service provider for Long Island children and adults with autism, has announced the appointment of three new members to its board of directors.

Mike D'Alauro, of Patchogue, is the corporate controller at Ziff Davis, a media technology company in Manhattan.

Dr. Eric N. Dubrow, a resident of East Setauket, is a retired orthopedic surgeon.

John Werner retired from DDI as the director of children's services and lives in Centerport.

Steven N. Davi has been appointed to the board of directors of Most Valuable Kids of Greater New York. The Amityville resident is counsel in the litigation department at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale.

FINANCE

James Kelly has joined EVO Payments International, a credit card processor, and will work remotely out of the headquarters in Melville. The Atlanta resident previously served as president and chief operating officer of Global Payments Inc. in Georgia.
