Dr. Joseph Mattana has been appointed chief of the division of nephrology and hypertension at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola. The Syosset resident most recently was chief of the division of kidney diseases and hypertension at both campuses of North Shore-LIJ Health Systems, professor of medicine at the Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine, adjunct professor of clinical medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and associate investigator at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research. Matt Dalton has been promoted to national sales manager of WBLI/106.1 FM and WBAB/102.3 FM for Cox Media Group and will work in the West Babylon office. The Holtsville resident previously was account executive.

Colleen Crispino has been promoted to assistant executive director of adult services for Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities (ACLD) in Bethpage. The Medford resident was previously director of development and community relations.
