Joseph M. Serpe has been promoted to vice president at Stalco Construction in Islandia. He was promoted from project manager, a position he had held since joining the firm in 2008. The Islip resident's responsibilities will include overall management of construction operations, supervision of the project management and superintendent staff, management of selected projects as executive project manager, and mentoring of junior project management personnel.
