 Dr. Noel B. Natoli specializes in general plastic and reconstructive surgery with a focus in natural breast reconstruction using microsurgical methods. The Huntington resident recently completed a microsurgery fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the <a href="/topics/University_of_Pennsylvania">University of Pennsylvania</a>. 
 VINEYARDS Molly Deegan has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing and sales development at Bedell Cellars in <a href="/topics/Cutchogue%2C_NY">Cutchogue</a>.
