David A. Schwartzberg has joined Huntington-based Advantage Group as senior vice president and foreclosure counsel. The Merrick resident previously served as counsel at Prime Title in Melville.
Kevin R. Toole has joined Thaler Gertler as a senior associate in the bankruptcy department. Before joining the East Meadow firm, the Manhasset resident was associated with Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone in Mineola.
