Murray D. Schwartz has joined Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana in Uniondale as a partner in the corporate and commercial group. Most recently the Asharoken resident held a similar position at Herrick Feinstein in Manhattan.

John B. Riordan has joined Reisman Peirez Reisman & Capobianco in Garden City as senior counsel. He will concentrate his practice in estate and trust litigation, wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration. He lives in East Williston.
Andrew S. Hazen has joined Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in Uniondale as counsel in the corporate and securities department as well as its new digital media practice group. The Jericho resident founded Prime Visibility, an Internet marketing agency.
BOARDS & ASSOCIATIONS
Denise Levine has been named to the board of directors of Women of Reform Judasim, an affiliate of the Union for Reform Judasim. She is treasurer of North Shore Synagogue's Sisterhood in Syosset and vice president of marketing and communications with the Northeast district board of WRJ. She lives in Plainview.
Caitlin Erickson has joined Mineola-based Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence as student assistance program coordinator. The Smithtown resident was a community relations specialist at the Smithtown Youth Bureau.
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rockville Centre announced the following board appointments:
Brother Thomas J. Cleary of Mineola has become chairman. A Marianist Brother, he currently serves as provincial superior of Chaminade High School in Mineola; Kellenberg Memorial High School in Uniondale; St. Martin de Porres Marianist School, also in Uniondale; and three retreat facilities.
Margaret A. D'Angelo has been elected trustee. The Garden City resident is a trustee at St. Anne's Parish in Garden City and chair of the leadership committee for St. John's University's School of Education in Queens.
Richard T. Marooney has been elected trustee. The Garden City resident is a partner at King & Spalding, an international law firm in Manhattan, and chairs the Catholic Charities development committee.
Gail F. Sullivan, a former public relations professional, has also been elected trustee. She is president of Central Council of the Guilds of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip and is a resident of Babylon.
Nicholas Tortorella was named trustee. The Syosset resident is executive director/chief operating officer at the Manhattan law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel and is on the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) team at St. Edward's Parish in Syosset.
