 James P. O'Connor, of Levittown, will serve as secretary. He is an attorney and tax principal for the accounting and consulting firm of Albrecht, Viggiano, Zureck &amp; Co. in Hauppauge.

 Patrick J. Gunn has joined Fleming &amp; Darrell in East Hampton as an associate. He will focus on real estate, land use, zoning and criminal matters. The East Hampton resident was assistant town attorney and public safety division administrator for the town of East Hampton.
