Robert Mannheimer has been elected chairman of the board at Blackman Plumbing Supply Co. Inc. The Blue Point resident will also continue as chairman, president and chief executive at Blackman in Bayport.

Rob Hannon of Spring Lake, N.J., has been hired as senior account executive at Forerunner Telecomm in Bohemia. He was senior account manager at Black Box Network Services in Manhattan. Forerunner Telecomm distributes voice/data/ video IP and converged communication solutions to a network of value added resellers (VARs) and enterprise businesses nationally.
