 Charles Ziegler has joined Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook as director of operations. The Dix Hills resident previously held a similar position at Village Auto Body in Greenlawn.

 Richard Vogel has been named dean of the School of Business at Farmingdale State College. The Huntington Station resident previously served as the acting dean of the School of Business.

 Alicia Bartkowski has been named president of the New York State Plaintiff's Nursing Home Litigation Group. The Oceanside resident is the senior attorney overseeing the nursing home litigation department at Philip J. Rizzuto law firm in Carle Place. New York State Plaintiff's Nursing Home Litigation Group advocates for the rights of the elderly and nursing home residents who are victims of neglect and abuse. 
 Michael L. Fallarino has been named second vice chairman on the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island's executive committee. He is director of finance at the Uniondale law firm of Farrell Fritz and lives in Levittown. 
 Joseph J. Fennessy has been appointed to the American Hospital Association committee on governance as an at-large member. The Wantagh resident is chairman of the board of directors of South Nassau Communities Hospital and a retired partner and former chief operating officer of the Northeast region of Deloitte &amp; Touche in Jericho. 
 Michael Levy has been elected chairman of the Long Island Water Conference. The East Northport resident is superintendent of the Garden City Park Water and Fire District.
