BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS 
 The Nassau County Village Officials Association has announced four new officers. 
 David E. Tanner has been elected president. The mayor of the Village of East Williston, he will establish policies and direct the organization's efforts on behalf of village residents throughout Nassau. 
 Barbara Donno, mayor of the Village of Plandome Manor, will serve as first vice president. 
 Peter Cavallaro, mayor of the Village of Westbury, will serve as second vice president. 
 Bernard Ryba, mayor of the Village of Old Brookville, will serve as treasurer. 
 REAL ESTATE 
 Patchogue-based Belzak &amp; Bodkin Realty welcomes three licensed real estate agents. 
 Christine Jansson, of West Babylon, held a similar position at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Ronkonkoma. 
 Kevin Jansson, of West Babylon, is a newly licensed agent and earned his license at the American Real Estate School in Hauppauge. 
 Raymond Rivera, of Shirley, is a newly licensed agent and also earned his license at the American Real Estate School in Hauppauge.
