FINANCE

Patricia M. Schaubeck has been named senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Suffolk Bancorp and Suffolk's banking subsidiary, Suffolk County National Bank. The Southold resident was general counsel at State Bancorp for five years.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. Cary M. Golub has been appointed chief of podiatry at Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre. The Roslyn resident has been in private practice for 17 years, with offices in Long Beach and Williston Park. He is also an adjunct clinical assistant professor of surgery at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Greenvale.

Dr. Wendy Graae has been appointed fellowship director for PM Pediatrics, an after-hours urgent-care practice with corporate headquarters in Lake Success. The South Salem resident works as an urgent-care physician at the company's Mamaroneck site.

PUBLISHING

Robert Muratore has been named editor-in-chief of the Journal of Therapeutic Ultrasound. The Huntington resident is founder of the science consulting firm Quantum Now Llc and adjunct associate professor in the department of biology, chemistry and environmental studies of Molloy College in Rockville Centre.

NONPROFITS

Ann Thompson has been installed as president of the Bellmore Senior Center. The Bellmore resident previously was a teacher at the Town of Hempstead Day Care Center.

EDUCATION

St. Joseph's College in Patchogue has named two new directors in the office of institutional advancement. James Graham is director of college advancement. The Lindenhurst resident was president of his own private consulting agency, JL Graham Consulting. Paige Carbone is director of alumni relations and stewardship on the Long Island campus. The Blue Point resident was a career development associate at Stony Brook University.

Eric M. Kramer has been appointed to the board of trustees of the New York State Society of CPAs. He is also a member of the association's board of directors and past president of its Nassau County chapter. The Dix Hills resident is a trusts and estates partner at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale.

Dr. Stephen T. Onesti has been elected a member-at-large of the Nassau County Medical Society board of directors. The Bronxville resident is an attending neurosurgeon with Neurological Surgery and is director of neurosurgery for South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside.

Ralph J. Kreitzman has been elected president of the Nassau County Village Officials Association for the 2012-13 term. The Great Neck resident is mayor of the Village of Great Neck.
