 Lucy Mazany has been appointed senior vice president and <a href="/topics//Long_Island,_NY">Long Island</a> division manager at Valley National Bank. The <a href="/topics//Centerport,_NY">Centerport</a> resident joined the bank in 2012 as a result of the bank's acquisition of State Bank of <a href="/topics//Long_Island,_NY">Long Island</a>, where she worked for 10 years, most recently as first vice president.

 Maggie Weiss Boba has been named as the first executive director of Hand in Hand for Seniors, a nonprofit organization based in Huntington that helps seniors stay in their homes.
