The EGC Group in Melville has announced three promotions.
Erin Molina has been promoted to junior art director. The Massapequa Park resident has been with the company since 2009, most recently as graphic/production artist.
Victoria Linscott was promoted to account executive. The Wantagh resident has been with the company since 2010, most recently as marketing coordinator.
Rich DeSimone has been promoted to creative director. The Sayville resident has been with the company since 2006, most recently as associate creative director.

Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana in Uniondale has announced two summer associates.
Melissa Mendoza of Westbury has completed her second year at Hofstra University School of Law.
Ravi Vohra of Queens Village has completed his second year at St. John's University School of Law.
