 Stephen E. Fox has joined Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in Uniondale as partner and member of the firm's corporate and securities department. The Roslyn resident was a partner at Herrick, Feinstein in Manhattan. 
 Scott Friedman has joined The Garden City Group in Lake Success as assistant director, bankruptcy. The Manhattan resident was counsel at Jones Day in Manhattan. The Garden City Group provides legal administration services for class-action settlements, bankruptcy cases and legal noticing programs.
