 William Blanchard will serve as president of the board. The Bayport resident is an associate engineer at Dunn Engineering Associates in Westhampton Beach. 
 Qaisar Khan will serve as president-elect. The Selden resident is a resident engineer at Afridi Associates in Melville. 
 Joseph Bolos will serve as vice president. The Melville resident is a structural inspection program leader at Henningson, Durham &amp; Richardson in Manhattan. 
 Adam DeVito will serve as secretary. The Cold Spring Harbor resident is a structural engineer at Greenman-Pedersen in Babylon. 
 Daniel Winkelman will serve as treasurer. The Greenlawn resident is a senior transportation engineer at VHB in Hauppauge. 
 Robert Ervolina is a past president. He is a partner and director of construction at GEB HiRise Engineering in Uniondale and lives in Rockville Centre. 
 Jason Chen is a past president. He is a senior design engineer for the Long Island Rail Road in Bethpage and lives in Syosset. 
 Dr. Lawrence Eisenstein has been elected president of the New York State Association of County Health Officials. The Bellmore resident is commissioner of the Nassau County Department of Health in Uniondale. 
 Ilene Sherwyn Cooper has been appointed to the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar, and the Committee on Professional Discipline. The Dix Hills resident is a trusts and estates partner with Farrell Fritz in Uniondale. 
 HEALTH CARE 
 Dr. Maseih Moghaddassi has been appointed chief of the division of otolaryngology at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola. The Woodbury resident is a longtime member of the hospital's medical staff and has been in private practice since 1997. 
 ACCOUNTING 
 Janover in Garden City has announced two promotions. 
 Anne Marie Flynn has been promoted to principal. The East Meadow resident previously served as manager. 
 Craig Geist has been promoted to principal. The Merrick resident previously served as manager.
