BOARDS/ASSOCIATIONS 
 Ninonde Cabrol has been appointed to the board of directors of Mercy Haven. The Bay Shore resident works remotely from Bay Shore as a pharmacy technician for Pipeline Healthcare, a San Francisco-based medication management services company. Mercy Haven is a nonprofit that provides housing and supportive services on Long Island. 
 Eric M. Kramer has been appointed chair of the board of governance task force of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). The Dix Hills resident is a certified public accountant and trusts and estates partner at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale, where he concentrates his practice in estate tax planning. He was recently appointed co-chair of the estate planning committee for NYSSCPA. 
 Linda M. Oliva has been appointed corresponding secretary of the board of the Nassau County Women's Bar Association. The West Hempstead resident is an associate at Pegalis and Erickson law firm in Lake Success.

 Jerry Herrmann has joined Capital One Bank, equipment finance team, as vice president in Melville. The Smithtown resident was vice president at SunTrust Equipment Finance &amp; Leasing in Bohemia.
