 Laura Salerno has been promoted to vice president at Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) in Manhattan and will continue to lead client accounts in various practices at the agency. The Franklin Square resident has been with RPR since 2008 and was previously associate vice president.

 Liz Meyers has been promoted to vice president of marketing and purchasing at Darby Dental Supply, a Jericho-based national distributor of dental merchandise. She will also head Darby's vendor relations. The Ronkonkoma resident previously served as director of purchasing.

 Dennis R. Chase has been installed president of the Suffolk County Bar Association. The Hauppauge resident is the managing partner of The Chase Sensale Law Group in Smithtown and concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation, social security, short-/long-term disability, disability retirement, accidental death and dismemberment, and unemployment insurance benefits. 
 Seth Wiener has been appointed chair of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association. The Lloyd Harbor resident is a vice president of commercial real estate for Capital One Bank in Melville.

 Jean Goldstein has been promoted to chief operating officer of Prestige Employee Administrators in Melville. The Nesconset resident previously served as controller and chief accounting officer. Prestige is a human resources outsourcing firm.

 Etienne Jacquemai joins LoBo &amp; Petrocine in Melville as an account executive. The Bellport resident previously was a marketing intern at Hager AG in Zurich, Switzerland.

 Margaret Kochman joins the Shoreham office as a licensed sales associate. The Port Jefferson resident previously held a similar position at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miller Place.

 Susan Dickinson has been promoted to chief financial officer of Old Bethpage-based Family Residences and Essential Enterprises (FREE), which benefits Long Islanders with developmental disabilities, mental illness or traumatic brain injury. The Medford resident has been with FREE since 2012 and most recently was responsible for heading financial operations. 
 Bill McAndrews has joined the National Executive Service Corps (NESC) as regional director for the Long Island region. The Garden City resident previously was a principal at WD McAndrews &amp; Associates in Garden City. NESC is a nonprofit company that provides consulting services to the nonprofit organizations in the tri-state region.
