Domenique Camacho Moran has been appointed to the advisory board of Make-A-Wish Metro New York. The Rockville Centre resident is a partner at Farrell Fritz, in Uniondale, and leads the law firm's labor and employment practice group.
Dr. Rajiv Datta has been appointed to the editorial board of International Surgery. The surgical oncologist is chair of the department of surgery and medical director of the Gertrude & Louis Feil Cancer Center at South Nassau Communities Hospital, and lives in Muttontown.

Dr. Lev Lubarsky has been named director of cardiac CT angiography in the department of radiology at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson. The East Setauket resident is a clinical instructor, cardiology, at Stony Brook University Hospital; and is a cardiologist at St. Charles, St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown and North Suffolk Cardiology in East Setauket.

Dianna Michniewicz has joined Napa, Calif.-based Quintessential Wines as sales representative in Manhattan, covering Long Island. The Smithtown resident. She was manager of channel support at Capital Wine and Spirits in Pennsylvania and lives in Smithtown.
