 Mica C. Dayborn has joined TD Bank's East Village branch in Manhattan as store manager and vice president. The Copiague resident was vice president and branch manager at JP Morgan Chase in Portland, Ore.

 Lisa Gatti has been elected chair of the board of directors for EAGALA. The Islandia resident is founder and executive director of Pal-O-Mine in Islandia. EAGALA is a nonprofit organization developed to address the need for resources, education and professionalism in the fields of equine-assisted psychotherapy and equine-assisted learning.

 Ronald F. Foley has joined engineering and construction services firm Greenman-Pedersen as a municipal parks and recreation liaison for their Babylon and Buffalo offices. He was regional director for the Long Island region of the state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation in North Babylon, and lives in Babylon and Wellsville, N.Y.
