 Dr. Sundeep Mangla has joined Neurological Surgery in Rockville Centre as attending interventional neuroradiologist. The Manhattan resident will perform his new role and continue to serve as director of interventional neuroradiology and director of research in the department of radiology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn.

 Harbor Footwear Group, in Port Washington, announced three promotions. 
 Dennis Lazar, of East Hills, has been promoted to chairman and will continue to serve in his role as president and chief executive. 
 Jason Lazar, of Manhattan, has been promoted to chief operating officer. He previously served as executive vice president. 
 Jamie Kreitzman, of Roslyn, has been promoted to vice president of sales. He previously was sales manager. 
 TECHNOLOGY 
 Andrew Bassin has joined SmartSource Computer and Audio Visual Rentals in the Manhattan office as account executive. The Manhattan resident previously was director of operations and sales for Hercules Networks, the manufacturer and distributor of the goCharge line of mobile device charging kiosks in Manhattan.
