Andrew Garbarino rejoins Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in Uniondale as of counsel to the firm's white-collar crime and investigations, and health law regulatory practice groups. He was with the firm from 2002-05 in the health law department. Most recently, the Great Neck resident was an assistant district attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney's office.
