Jeffrey M. Kimmel has been appointed to the committee on committees for the New York County Lawyers' Association. He is a partner at the Manhattan-headquartered law firm of Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro where he manages the medical malpractice area. Kimmel is a Plainview resident.

FINANCE

Gregory A. Hudgins has joined Kandell, Farnworth & Pubins at its Aquebogue office as a senior tax accountant. The Wading River resident was most recently a tax accountant at Sheehan & Co. in Brightwaters.

LAW

Jason S. Samuels has joined Uniondale-based Farrell Fritz as a partner in its commercial litigation department and will concentrate in construction law. Before joining Farrell Fritz, the Roslyn Heights resident was in private practice that focused on construction, surety and real estate law.
