 The Association of Professional Volunteer Administrators announced the election of three new board members. 
 Donna Buccellato has been elected president. The <a href="/topics//East_Meadow,_NY">East Meadow</a> resident is the director of activities, transportation and volunteers at Dominican Village in <a href="/topics//Amityville,_NY">Amityville</a>. 
 Margaret King, of <a href="/topics//Huntington_Station,_NY">Huntington Station</a>, is the internship and outreach coordinator at the College at <a href="/topics//Old_Westbury,_NY">Old Westbury</a>. 
 Judy Wirkula, of <a href="/topics//Babylon,_NY">Babylon</a>, is the volunteer liaison of the long-term-care ombudsman program of the Family Service League in Huntington.

 ENGINEERING 
 George Rupp has joined VHB in <a href="/topics//Hauppauge,_NY">Hauppauge</a> as senior project manager. The <a href="/topics//Northport,_NY">Northport</a> resident was previously director of environmental planning at The <a href="/topics//Louis_Berger_Group">Louis Berger Group</a> Inc., in Morristown, N.J.
