Joseph T. La Ferlita has been appointed district representative for Nassau and Suffolk counties for the New York State Bar Association's trusts and estates law section. The Locust Valley resident is counsel at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale and concentrates his practice in trusts and estates law, with an emphasis on estate planning, estate and trust administration and tax controversy.
