 Dr. Barbara Mandell has joined Mercy Medical Center in <a href="/topics//Rockville_Centre,_NY">Rockville Centre</a> as a primary care physician. The <a href="/topics//East_Rockaway,_NY">East Rockaway</a> resident retains her individual practice as a primary care physician at <a href="/topics//Hewlett,_NY">Hewlett</a> Internal Medicine.
