Raul J. Cotilla has been named senior civil engineer at Stantec, a Hauppauge-based company that provides consulting services for the full construction spectrum. Cotilla was most recently a senior development manager at Lowe's Home Improvement and is a resident of Northport.

Sean J. McKinley has joined Goldberg Segalla as special counsel in its Garden City location. McKinley is a South Huntington resident and was a senior associate at Vecchione, Vecchione & Connors in Garden City Park.
Sarah Frankel of Manhattan has been named business development specialist, corporate restructuring at GCG, a Lake Success firm that handles administration services for class-action settlements, bankruptcy cases and legal notice programs. Frankel was a business development director at Kurtzman Carson Consultants in Manhattan before joining GCG. She will work from GCG's Manhattan location.
